Feeding Picky Kids

Do you want to reduce the stress or battles around family mealtimes?

Are you cooking special or different meals for different members of the family?

Are you tired of wasting money by throwing out perfectly good but uneaten food?

Do you need some ideas on how to incorporate healthy foods into your picky eater’s diet?

Do you want the best nutrition possible for your child?

Of course you do!  Your children are your future, and you want the very best for them.

If you are the parent of a picky eater, you certainly experience the frustration of trying to figure out how you can get your child (fussy, picky or not) to eat healthily.

You can take some comfort, however, in knowing you are definitely not alone in this and that it is possible for your family to find a way to enjoy different,  health-giving foods together.

There are many and various reasons why children become picky eaters, but thankfully, there are also solutions that help.

For over three decades I’ve worked with thousands of families struggling with many different aspects of raising children.  Picky and fussy eating behaviour has always been a major area of concern as it can have so many implications.

This has led to my developing a concept that I call ‘KIDEOLOGY’ that is, the art and science of treating children holistically with good nutrition and with natural food as their medicine wherever possible.  My Book “Feeding Picky Kids – the Natural Way to Handle Picky Eaters” encompasses my ‘KIDEOLOGY’ I’m sharing with you my experiences of not only being the ultimate picky eater as a child myself, but also as a parent of three beautiful (and sometimes very picky!) children as well as a naturopath and nutrition medicine consultant with more than 38 years of treating children, their families’ health and dietary issues.  Through this book I hope to help parents everywhere gain some control and feel that they have some hope of a more peaceful dinner table.
